My kid had a nail in her tire and went here. She was immediately helped and taken care of. Great customer service and professionalism

Bought a set of tires here and they bent one of my rims while taking off the old tires. After a creative attempt to balance the bent rim, I could still feel the wake. They were always too busy when I went up there, so I finally went to Walmart to have it rebalanced, only to find out that the rim was severely bent, and there was about a half a pound Balancing weights on the inside of the rim. Now, Hernandez Tire won’t take responsibility.

We are driving home from Texas to Tennessee and around 12am our truck starts shaking and we pull over to find our front driver side tire has the inner bands expanding and the tire is separating. We grab a hotel for the night and are stressing because we need four 37s and it’s Memorial Day. After calling several shops and not finding anything my husband messages this shop on Facebook and we get a quick response back. He is at this shop by opening and in about 1.5 hours we have brand new tires, for a great price, and can safely get back on the road. Huge thank you to Hernandez tire shop and the guys working there. 5 stars!

These guys were awesome. Very friendly and fast. They went above and beyond in their service and took care of the extra details most shops leave out. Affordable prices are great service. Can’t beat that any day!!
